Description

Lead the company’s internal capability to quickly convert business needs into functional digital solutions while keeping key technological know-how inside the organization. You will design and execute a modern, sustainable IT strategy for a manufacturing company, manage digital transformation projects, oversee cybersecurity rules and controls, and ensure day-to-day operation of information systems. You will also gather business requirements, prioritize them, reduce time from request to deployment, enable users via training, and actively apply AI tools in the business.

Responsibilities

• Design and implement a modern, sustainable IT strategy

• Manage digital transformation projects

• Oversee cybersecurity setup and controls

• Oversee operations of company information systems

• Manage IT projects and communicate IT change management across the company

• Provide user enablement through training at different levels

• Coordinate with suppliers/vendors and negotiate/assertively work with them

• Monitor IT trends and propose practical ways to use them

• Gather business requirements and define clear priorities through deployment

• Build a healthy IT model where the company owns key applications and know-how

• Use AI tools in business settings and identify new practical applications

Requirements

• Leadership experience driving IT projects and change initiatives

• Proven ability to create and implement an IT strategy for a manufacturing environment

• Experience with cybersecurity oversight (rules, controls, and monitoring)

• Experience managing enterprise information systems operations

• Strong skills in requirements gathering, prioritization, and delivery to deployment

• Ability to coordinate and manage vendors/suppliers

• Ability to develop and deliver user training at multiple levels

• Fluent spoken English

• Data-focused mindset and ability to work with data

• Strategic thinking with practical, real-world execution; mature and balanced personality
