Description

You will take responsibility for the company’s technologies, lead and prioritize the IT department, and ensure secure, stable systems. The role combines day-to-day operations, strategic decision-making, and support for key development changes. You will also collaborate with vendors/partners and help coordinate technology integration with another company.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop IT overall (development and infrastructure)

• Plan and prioritize IT department work

• Own technology strategy, security, and system stability

• Communicate with technology vendors and partners (e.g., point-of-sale systems)

• Participate in technology integration with another company, including unifying systems, processes, and infrastructure

• Work closely with the company owner

• Engage in development and approval of key code changes when needed

Requirements

• Experience leading a technical team (advantage)

• Strong orientation in web application development and IT infrastructure

• Knowledge of PHP to understand the technologies the company uses (Nette, PHP 8.2)

• Knowledge of REST API

• Knowledge of databases (MySQL)
