Description

Manage IT projects from initiation through delivery, ensuring they are planned and executed within scope, deadlines, and budget while meeting quality requirements. You will prepare and maintain project documentation, coordinate internal teams and suppliers, oversee risks and change management, and provide regular status reporting to stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Manage project scope, time, cost, and quality across all phases (initiation, planning, realization, monitoring, closure, and evaluation)

• Prepare and maintain project documentation (project charter, plan, schedule, budget, risk register, change management)

• Ensure adherence to schedule, budget, and delivery of key and partial milestones at the required quality

• Coordinate project team activities and continuously monitor progress

• Provide regular reporting on project status

• Manage suppliers (monitor deliverables, acceptance, and contract milestone administration)

• Communicate with stakeholders via regular online/in-person meetings (occasional business trips)

• Create internal documentation and standardize project processes and templates

Requirements

• Strong written communication in Czech

• Orientation in project environments and basic knowledge of PRINCE2 and ISO 21502

• Ability to work independently and carefully, with strong collaboration across teams

• Organizational and communication skills and analytical thinking

• Willingness to learn and develop skills, including preparation for relevant certifications

• User-level MS Office knowledge
