Description

Lead a technical team delivering IT infrastructure and network services, Microsoft 365 and Azure solutions, SharePoint, and smaller cloud migrations or tenant security projects. You’ll own team economics and utilization, engage key customers, and help shape new service lines focused on security, cloud governance, compliance, and AI adoption. The role emphasizes leadership and actively turning the AI shift in IT services into a customer-ready offering.

Responsibilities

• Lead a team of technicians and consultants with coaching and individual development plans

• Own responsibility for team economics: margins, rates, utilization, and growth of existing clients

• Meet with key customers at the executive and IT manager level to show delivered value

• Support sales and marketing with proposal materials, presales meetings, campaign inputs, and references

• Define new higher-value services: security, cloud governance, compliance, AI adoption for customers

• Direct team qualification so the team can realistically deliver the new services

Requirements

• Experience leading a technical team (ideally 5+ people) and the ability to provide documented results

• Strong execution mindset; ability to challenge ideas and propose better solutions

• Genuine interest in individual team members’ success

• Ability to engage with customers and convert their problems into opportunities

• Solid understanding of IT infrastructure, networking, and cloud (leadership and delivery understanding required)

• View AI as an opportunity rather than a threat
