Description

You will lead and coordinate an IT infrastructure team, supporting the operational run and continuous improvement of the company’s IT/IKT infrastructure. The role includes analyzing specialist requirements, creating and implementing technical concepts, and ensuring availability, performance, and security of central IT systems and services. You will also manage technical documentation and drive quality management and IT security compliance for the infrastructure.

Responsibilities

• Operative and disciplinary leadership of the infrastructure team
• Collect, develop, and analyze specialist requirements
• Create and implement technical and specialist concepts
• Manage and continuously develop the network, its components, and the server and client infrastructure
• Ensure availability, performance, and security of central IT systems and services
• Create and maintain technical documentation
• Operate and further develop the IKT infrastructure
• Own quality management and ensure compliance with IT security requirements in the infrastructure

Requirements

• Completed IT training or degree
• Leadership experience; ability to motivate and develop teams
• Understanding of legal and normative requirements (e.g., DSGVO, ISO)
• Hands-on mentality with willingness to work in day-to-day IT operations
• Structured and pragmatic working approach
• Service orientation and team spirit
• Enjoyment of communication and coordination
• IT Service Management certification or ITIL is an advantage
