Description

You will help create, implement, and analyze online employee satisfaction surveys for clients worldwide. You’ll configure the online platform and client reporting, and collaborate closely with the project team during each project’s main phase. With growing experience, you may also communicate directly with clients for consulting or trainings, with communication in English (written and spoken).

Responsibilities

• Contribute to the creation, implementation, and analysis of employee satisfaction online surveys

• Configure the online survey platform and client reporting

• Work closely with the project team during key project phases

• (As experience grows) communicate with clients and support consultations or trainings

• Communicate in English (written and verbal)

Requirements

• Strong organizational skills with attention to detail

• Ability to manage multiple tasks at once

• Comfort working with Excel, AI tools, and specialized online platforms

• Fluent English; confident written and verbal communication

• Ability to work independently and carefully

• Enjoys teamwork and collaboration
