Description

You will model and document business processes, value streams, capabilities, roles, and data; elicit and analyze requirements and user stories; and support Product Owners and business experts. The role also includes system and solution option analysis (business cases and feasibility studies), participation in design/testing/QA/change management, process validation and testing, and optimization using cost-benefit and what-if analyses. You will further support organizational change planning, performance monitoring, and contribute to strategic/tactical plans and transition roadmaps.

Responsibilities

• Business process modeling and documentation (value streams, capabilities, roles, data)

• Requirements elicitation and analysis, including user stories

• Support for Product Owners and business experts

• Analyze systems and solution options; create business cases and feasibility studies

• Support design, testing, QA, and change management

• Design, validate, and test business processes

• Optimize processes using cost-benefit and what-if analysis

• Plan organizational changes and support performance monitoring

• Support strategic/tactical planning and transition roadmaps

Requirements

• 8+ years of IT experience

• 5+ years of project experience (or similar)

• English level: C1

• Minimum 2 certifications: CBAP (or equivalent) and UML Professional Foundation / BPM Fundamental (or equivalent)

• Experience completing the full software solution lifecycle

• Practical BPMN knowledge and business process modeling experience

• UML knowledge: capability, activity, state diagrams, and logical data models

• Experience eliciting, analyzing, and prioritizing requirements and user stories

• Experience with modeling tools such as Sparx Enterprise Architect or ARIS Architect (or similar)

• Very good / advanced SharePoint knowledge and SharePoint platform tools

• Experience in Business Process Analysis / Business Process Improvement

• Ability to create and maintain analytical and project documentation

• Experience analyzing systems and identifying solution options

• Experience creating business cases and feasibility studies

• Knowledge of testing, QA, and change management

• Advanced analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills

• Ability to collaborate with Business Experts, Product Owners, and stakeholders

• Experience optimizing business processes and identifying opportunities for improvement
