Description

You will contribute to complex software solutions for large clients in banking, insurance, and telecommunications. As an analyst/consultant, you won’t just deliver specifications—you’ll help originate solutions that improve efficiency, security, and everyday operations.

Responsibilities

• Analyze business requirements and translate them into technical solutions
• Collaborate with developers, testers, and business stakeholders
• Create process maps, data models, and documentation
• Prepare presentations proposing and evaluating solution options
• Explore and validate new ways to use current IT and business trends for customers

Requirements

• University education in IT or economics
• Advanced English communication (spoken and written)
• Experience from consulting, business analysis, or development of business and IT products
• Strong analytical skills and structured thinking
• Practical experience with UML and SQL
• Customer-focused approach to understand and resolve needs
• Strong communication skills (customer conversations, leading workshops)
• Ability to coordinate and take responsibility
