Description

You will strengthen the evaluation methodology and data practice of an education-impact project by preparing and delivering evaluation studies across regions. The role includes supporting the creation of evaluation tools and data infrastructure, analyzing results and secondary sources, and communicating findings with internal and external partners. You will also continuously refine evaluation instruments through regular reflection.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and execute quantitative and qualitative evaluation studies across regions; process results and provide reporting

• Methodological support for the project team in creating evaluation tools and data infrastructure

• Communication with external teams and organizations, including a coordination role

• Ongoing reflection on whether evaluation tools work effectively and continuous improvement

• Analyze secondary information sources to improve outputs

Requirements

• Knowledge of quantitative and/or qualitative research methods (business or non-profit sector); minimum 2 years of practice

• Experience processing large volumes of data and with data visualization

• Analytical thinking and ability to think business-wise—identify opportunities and implement solutions

• Team-oriented approach, with the ability to work independently when no “best practice” exists

• Managerial experience is an advantage
