Description

You will analyze customer needs and propose solution options, creating business/IT analyses and functional specifications. The role includes preparing assignments for developers, supporting test design and test scenarios, contributing to documentation, and helping coordinate IT project delivery. You will also communicate and present analytical outputs while collaborating closely with architects, developers, testers, and UX/UI designers.

Responsibilities

• Analyze customer needs and actively propose solution options

• Create business/IT analyses and functional specifications

• Prepare tasks/assignments for developers

• Participate in designing testing for new functionalities and help create test scenarios

• Contribute to preparing documentation

• Actively collaborate with Enterprise/Solution/Integration architects, developers, testers, and UX/UI designers

• Co-participate in coordinating and implementing IT projects

• Communicate and present analytical outputs

Requirements

• Proven experience working as an independent analyst

• Ability to read and understand architectural diagrams

• Knowledge of UML and BPMN and Enterprise Architect

• Knowledge of communication interface technologies, especially REST and SOAP (persistent queues such as Kafka or IBM MQ are an advantage)

• Ability to map and propose processes

• Knowledge of JIRA and Confluence

• Knowledge of Enterprise Architect

• Experience with complex integration projects is an advantage

• Knowledge of software development principles

• Basic orientation in legislation

• Attention to detail, reliability, responsibility, and organization
