Description

You will help originate and shape complex software solutions for large organizations in banking, insurance, and telecommunications. The work combines analysis of business requirements and translation into technical solutions, alongside collaboration with developers, testers, and business stakeholders. You will create process maps, data models, documentation, and presentation-ready solution proposals that improve efficiency, security, and day-to-day operations.

Responsibilities

• Analyze business requirements and translate them into technical solutions

• Work closely with developers, testers, and business teams

• Create process maps, data models, and project documentation

• Prepare presentations with proposed solutions and evaluations of options

• Explore and validate new ways to use the latest IT and business trends for customers

• Support learning and growth in IT & business areas

Requirements

• University degree in IT or economics

• Advanced English communication (spoken and written)

• Experience from consulting, business analysis, or business & IT product development

• Strong analytical skills and structured thinking

• Practical experience with UML and SQL

• Customer-focused mindset and ability to correctly understand and solve customer needs

• Excellent communication skills, including customer interviews and facilitating workshops

• Coordinating/leadership skills and responsibility

• Basic experience with analytical work or projects (internship/school/project)
