Description

You will model and document business processes (including value streams, capabilities, roles, and data), elicit and analyze requirements/user stories, and support Product Owners and business experts. You will also perform systems and solution analysis, create business cases and feasibility studies, and support design, testing/QA, and change management.

• Business process modeling and documentation (value streams, capabilities, roles, data)

• Requirements elicitation and analysis; work with user stories

• Support design, testing, QA, and change management

• Process design, validation, and testing

• Process optimization (cost-benefit, what-if)
