Description

You will act between customers, their processes, and the development team to shape the functionality of customer self-service portals. The role includes analytical workshops, turning business needs into development assignments, and supporting configuration and implementation from test to production. You will also help resolve post-deployment issues and ensure scope and unusual scenarios (e.g., data access, data mismatches, exceptional system states) are handled correctly.

Responsibilities

  • Lead analytical meetings with customers and uncover what they truly need
  • Prepare implementation studies and translate business requirements into development specifications
  • Design how the customer portal should work, including what the system automates vs. what it passes to customer service
  • Collaborate with development, consultants, and service teams during configuration and implementation
  • Participate in deployments to testing and production environments and verify correct solution behavior
  • Investigate and resolve errors after go-live with colleagues to identify root causes
  • Manage delivery scope and explain what is included vs. what is an extension
  • Handle non-standard situations such as data access, data inconsistencies, and exceptional system states

Requirements

  • Relevant practical experience connecting business thinking with technical understanding
  • Ability to analyze, ask the right questions, and detect missing/illogical requirement details
  • Ability to formulate thoughts clearly and precisely in writing
  • Understanding of basic technical principles (e.g., API, immediate vs. deferred processing)
  • Ability to independently run customer meetings and control the scope of the assignment
  • Excellent Czech language skills
