Description

As a Product Analyst, you will shape product strategy by analyzing customer behavior and extracting actionable insights. You will work with large datasets, run and interpret experiments (including A/B testing), and communicate findings to guide improvements to the shopping experience. You will collaborate with multiple stakeholders to help design business solutions and recommendations.

Responsibilities

• Analyze large datasets to discover patterns and dependencies affecting key areas
• Explain how user behaviors and attitudes shape and evolve over time
• Contribute to business solution creation and recommendations that influence product strategy

Requirements

• Experience as a Product Analyst / Data Analyst or similar
• Proficiency in SQL
• Basic programming skills in Python
• Ability to work with many stakeholders and communicate clearly
• Experience performing various types of analyses: cohort analysis, trend analysis, customer path analysis, attribution analysis, retention analysis, clickstream data analysis, and A/B testing
• Ability to independently formulate hypotheses and design and conduct analyses
• Experience analyzing large datasets and presenting findings and recommendations
• Ability to build insightful dashboards in BI tools such as Looker Studio
• English at least B2 (speaking and writing)
• E-commerce experience is an additional asset
