Description

You’ll join the delivery team as part of the Business Analysis function, using initiative to ensure client business needs are documented, understood, and met by the proposed solution.

Responsibilities

  • Gather and document requirements and translate them into clear user stories and acceptance criteria

  • Plan, run, and facilitate workshops; review and assess customer source documentation

  • Identify and recommend solution options, assessing technical and business suitability

  • Create logical and innovative solutions to problems and present proposals to clients

  • Work with Scrum/delivery teams through to go-live

  • Analyze business systems to recommend efficiencies

  • Provide estimates for analysis work and align plans with Project/Programme Managers

  • Collaborate with developers, testers, and end users to deliver quality and customer satisfaction

  • Provide training for users of a new system as required

  • Keep up to date with technical and industry advances

  • Maintain client relationships and manage business-critical situations, escalating as needed

Requirements

  • Experience as a Business Analyst on ecommerce/experience projects

  • Experience managing client stakeholders and Product Owners/Managers

  • Ability to run workshops with client stakeholders

  • Hands-on BA experience on web content management (CMS) or DXP projects (e.g., Optimizely, Contentful, Adobe AEM, Sitecore, Umbraco, or similar)

  • Experience gathering requirements for content architecture, page templates, component libraries, editorial/publishing workflows, or content migrations

  • Experience of Agile software delivery

  • Strong stakeholder management skills and strong communication/presentation skills

  • Strong problem solving, time management, and organizational skills

  • Strong commercial awareness and business acumen

  • Ability to work independently to an agreed action plan

  • Customer-first mindset and professionalism with attention to detail

  • Availability until 18:00 PL; willingness to work at client locations as required
