Description

You will support users by troubleshooting technical issues related to applications, systems, and computer hardware. The role includes remote user support, user account management in Active Directory/Entra ID, Office 365 and basic telephony system administration, and support for mobile devices (Android/iOS) using endpoint management tools. Shifts include nights, weekends, and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot IT issues for users across applications, systems, and computer hardware

• Provide remote support for applications, operating systems, and devices

• Manage user accounts in Active Directory/Entra ID

• Handle Office 365 and perform basic administration for the phone system

• Support mobile devices (Android/iOS) and endpoint management tools (Intune, NinjaOne, ManageEngine)

Requirements

• Minimum 2 years of IT support experience (including internships/practices)

• Knowledge of Windows OS, Office 365, Active Directory/Entra ID, and Intune

• Understanding of computer hardware construction and basic configuration elements

• Interpersonal skills and good organization of own work

• Availability for three-shift work including night shifts, weekends, and holidays

• Fluent Polish and being located in Poland

• English and German at advanced level (minimum B2)
