• Role: IT Specialist (full-time)

Description

You will ensure uninterrupted operation of the organization’s IT infrastructure and provide ongoing IT support to employees for the delivered IT services. The position focuses on practical resolution of hardware and software issues while collaborating and communicating effectively with users. Availability for on-call coverage during nights, weekends, and holidays is required.

Responsibilities

• Ensure continuous operation of the IT infrastructure

• Provide ongoing IT support to employees for delivered IT services

• Troubleshoot and resolve practical hardware and software problems

• Collaborate with and communicate with end users

Requirements

• Very good knowledge and experience in configuration and administration of Windows/Linux operating systems

• Very good knowledge of computer hardware

• Knowledge of computer network typologies and network protocols

• Basic SQL/PLSQL knowledge

• Active driver’s license category B and readiness for business travel

• Ability to solve practical hardware and software issues

• Ability to collaborate and communicate with users

• Creative and independent approach

• Good personal work organization

• Assertiveness

• Willingness to take on night, weekend, and holiday on-call duty
