Description

You will provide onsite IT support by analyzing and resolving IT tickets and support requests, installing and maintaining PC workstations and peripherals, and supporting IT infrastructure projects. You will work independently and solution-oriented, documenting troubleshooting steps in the ticketing system and knowledge base while supporting an existing client environment.

Requirements

• Completed technical training
• Very high IT affinity
• Experience with an IT ticketing system and IT support
• Knowledge of Windows 10/11
• Knowledge of Microsoft Office 365, Microsoft Teams, and Microsoft OneDrive
• Very good German and good English (written and spoken)
• Communicative, cross-department point of contact
• Valid Class B driver’s license

Responsibilities

• Analyze and process IT tickets and support requests
• Install and maintain PC workstations and peripherals
• Support IT infrastructure projects
• Work independently and in a solution-oriented manner
• Document solution paths in the ticketing system and knowledge database
• Support and manage the existing client landscape
