Description

Manage and operate the company’s IT infrastructure, including Windows server/client systems, networking, and virtualization/storage environments. Implement IT security measures, maintain software and directory services, support users via a ticketing system, and work on cross-functional IT projects. Troubleshoot technical issues and provide solutions for all departments.

Requirements

• Completed vocational training or degree in the IT field
• Several years of relevant professional experience
• Strong knowledge of Windows Server and client systems, including storage and virtualization technologies
• Experience with hybrid cloud infrastructures
• Networking knowledge (LAN, protocols, network security)
• Basic knowledge of database systems
• Experience with application/end-user support
• Team-oriented, service-minded, flexible
• Willingness to continuously improve skills
• Very good German (at least C1)
• Class B driver’s license
• Strong mathematical and technical skills
• Safe, confident use of Microsoft systems
