Description

Provide first- and second-level desktop support for end users on-site. Troubleshoot and resolve issues across Windows 7–10, Microsoft Office 365, and Active Directory (GPOs). Manage support tickets, document solutions, and ensure timely updates.

Responsibilities

• Deliver first- and second-level desktop support

• Troubleshoot and resolve hardware, software, and application issues (Windows 7–10, Microsoft Office 365, Active Directory)

• Manage tickets, document solutions, and provide timely updates

• Support peripherals such as printers, laptops, and mobile devices (iOS/Android)

• Perform preventive maintenance and repairs

• Coordinate with third-party providers on complex problems

Requirements

• At least 18 months of IT experience with a strong focus on Windows desktop support

• Solid knowledge of Windows 7–10, Microsoft Active Directory (GPOs), MS Office 365, and PC hardware

• CompTIA A+ or MCP or a bachelor’s degree in a related field

• German proficiency at B2 level or higher (required)

• Good English skills (required)

• Willingness to move to Lüchow or live within commuting distance (required)

• Willingness to work on-site (required)

• Unrestricted work authorization

• Driver’s license Class B (preferred)

• Willingness to travel about 25% (preferred)
