Description

Long-term onsite IT support in a professional IT environment with structured onboarding and modern tools. You will handle installation, configuration, and care of customer hardware and software, and provide 2nd level onsite support for end users. The job includes troubleshooting in Windows client environments, supporting printers, network, and telecommunications systems, and documenting support activities.

Responsibilities

• Install, configure, and maintain hardware and software at the customer location

• Analyze and resolve incidents in Windows client environments; support printers, network, and telecommunications systems

• Perform 2nd level onsite support and assist users with technical questions

• Independently develop and implement solution approaches; support professional escalation management

• Carefully document all performed support and service tasks

Requirements

• Completed technical training (e.g., IT system electronics, IT specialist) or equivalent practical IT support experience

• Good knowledge of current Windows operating systems

• First experience in network environments

• Very good German and good English (at least B2)

• Independent, structured, service-oriented working style and enjoyment of direct end-user contact
