Description

You will support users in handling computers, devices, and IT systems, providing both direct and remote assistance for office and production teams. The job includes monitoring and maintaining the availability of computer systems, managing user access, handling IT ticket requests, and supporting user training. You will also participate in onboarding/offboarding and administer IT systems, including Microsoft 365 and Google environments.

Responsibilities

• Provide IT support for end users (on-site and remote)

• Monitor and maintain system performance and availability

• Manage user access rights

• Handle ticket requests via the IT ticketing system

• Conduct/assist user training on office hardware and software

• Participate in onboarding and offboarding

• Administer IT systems and manage Microsoft 365 and Google environments

• Track new IT trends and propose possible implementations

• Collaborate with other departments

• Plan and organize tasks effectively

Requirements

• Secondary or higher education in an IT-related field or currently studying

• Basic knowledge of computer networks

• Basic knowledge of operating systems (Linux, macOS, Windows)

• Ability to diagnose and identify hardware and software problems

• Basic knowledge of user administration and management

• Knowledge of Google Workspace and Microsoft Office/365

• Driver’s license category B
