Description

You will work in a dynamic team with intensive onboarding to learn internal processes, key contacts, and products. In this role, you handle IT incidents and requests in 1st-level support, support Windows client, M365, and peripheral topics, and assist with operating and maintaining the server and virtualization environment, including Windows Server and Active Directory. After onboarding, you may be offered more advanced tasks.

Responsibilities

• Receive, analyze, and process incidents and requests in 1st-level support; route complex cases with initial triage

• Support users with hardware and software questions (Windows clients, M365, peripherals)

• Assist with server and virtualization operations and maintenance

• Participate in administration of Windows Server systems and Active Directory

• Perform basic networking tasks (switches, WLAN, VLAN, cabling) and support ERP-adjacent questions

Requirements

• Completed training as IT Specialist for System Integration (Fachinformatiker Systemintegration)

• Good knowledge of Windows client operating systems

• Solid foundation in one or more of: Windows Server, Active Directory, networking, virtualization, Microsoft 365

• Strong interest in AI topics, including initial experience with generative AI and ability to use AI tools for analysis, research, and documentation
