Description

You’ll support the planning, development, and maintenance of the IT infrastructure and systems used internally, leveraging Microsoft Azure and the Microsoft 365 ecosystem. The job focuses on ensuring service availability, infrastructure security, correct access levels for employees and external users, and performing required administrative and maintenance tasks. You’ll also maintain and document infrastructure services and keep hardware and servers in good condition.

Responsibilities

• Assist with planning, development, and maintenance of internal IT infrastructure and systems
• Monitor and maintain uptime and continuity of IT services
• Ensure security of infrastructure and IT services
• Manage appropriate access levels for employees and external users
• Perform IT network administration tasks
• Maintain and service workstations and servers
• Keep hardware inventory records
• Create and maintain technical documentation for infrastructure and IT services

Requirements

• Genuine interest in IT technologies and a willingness to develop in IT infrastructure planning and deployment
• Basic knowledge of computer networks and Microsoft-based infrastructure
• Dedicated, professional approach to work with a strong quality focus
• Independence, analytical thinking, and strong problem-solving skills
• Motivation to learn and work with new technologies
• English proficiency to read documentation and communicate with third-party support
• Excellent Polish proficiency in speaking and writing
• Preferred: at least one year of experience in a similar junior role or completed internship
