Description

You will support clients by collaborating on technical issue resolution, preparing new IT environments, configuring setups for employees and clients, and monitoring the IT infrastructure. The work includes handling basic problems on Windows, working with Linux fundamentals, and assisting with LAN/WLAN networking knowledge. Experience is not required.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with clients to resolve technical issues

• Prepare new environments and configure applications for employees and clients

• Support and service clients regarding environment management

• Monitor and manage IT infrastructure (install new environments, maintain existing ones)

Requirements

• Ability to resolve basic IT problems on Windows systems

• Basic knowledge of LAN/WLAN networking

• Basic knowledge of Linux (Debian, SUSE, CentOS)

• Basic to intermediate knowledge of Windows systems

• Ability to independently solve problems

• Openness, clear communication, reliability, and punctuality

• No prior experience required
