Description

You will provide IT and cloud support to business customers, including Microsoft 365 and Google Workspace administration, implementing and configuring cloud solutions, and training users. The job also includes managing licenses, supporting users, and handling server infrastructure and Active Directory. About 70% of your time will be spent delivering local on-site IT support in Prague, including installing and replacing hardware.

Responsibilities

• Administer and support IT and cloud services for customers
• Develop and manage Microsoft 365, Google Workspace, Cisco Webex, and other cloud tools
• Implement, configure, and manage cloud solutions directly for customers
• Manage licenses, train users, and provide technical support
• Administer server infrastructure and Active Directory environment
• Provide local IT support in Prague, including installing and replacing hardware (≈70% of time on-site)
• Coordinate daily communication with internal business/technical teams and customers
• Cooperate with IT service providers and coordinate related activities
• Participate in new IT projects and continuous improvement of modern technologies
• Engage in ongoing learning to expand IT and cloud knowledge

Requirements

• Secondary or university education (ideally technical)
• Communicative English
• Driver’s license category B
• Independent, reliable, responsible, and teachable approach
• Strong communication skills and willingness to help
• Ability to quickly find solutions in complex situations
