Description

Join an IT team as an L2 IT Support Technician responsible for administering company IT systems and supporting users across the organization. You will manage server and network infrastructure (Windows, Linux, VMware, Cisco), collaborate on local and corporate IT projects, and help analyze and implement new technologies. The role includes expanding and optimizing the IT infrastructure.

Requirements

• Completed secondary school or university education in IT

• At least 3 years of IT experience in a corporate environment

• Experience administering Windows servers (DHCP, AD, File/Print server)

• Experience with Linux server administration

• Knowledge of VMware and Cisco

• English proficiency at B1 level (CEFR)

• Team-oriented mindset, positive attitude, patience

• Customer-oriented approach and willingness to help
