Description

You will provide technical support for IT systems used in pharmacies and pharmacy chains. Responsibilities include installing and configuring software and hardware at customer sites, monitoring and diagnosing system performance, and conducting periodic user trainings.

Requirements

• Very good knowledge of computer hardware, network infrastructure, and Windows operating systems (including servers)
• Ability to repair and service computers, laptops, printers, and fiscal printers
• Experience in a similar position
• Good organization of work and the ability to work independently
• Customer focus and ability to build and maintain long-term business relationships
• Driver’s license category B and willingness to travel on business within Warsaw and nearby areas
• Advantage: knowledge of databases and SQL
• Advantage: experience in the medical or pharmaceutical industry
