Description

You will provide technical support to users and maintain the organization’s IT infrastructure to ensure reliable operation of hardware, software, networks, and business systems. The role includes diagnosing and resolving day-to-day issues, administering Windows Server and directory services (Active Directory/Entra ID), supporting Microsoft SQL at a basic level, and participating in IT projects and continuous improvements.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct and remote troubleshooting for users’ hardware and software issues

• Install, configure, and replace computer hardware, office equipment, applications, and network cabling

• Maintain and troubleshoot Windows Server environments and network infrastructure

• Administer and support Active Directory and Entra ID

• Provide basic administration and support for Microsoft SQL databases

• Participate in IT projects and implementations; help prevent system failures

• Contribute to continuous improvement of IT services and infrastructure

Requirements

• Technical degree in a relevant field

• Minimum 2 years of experience with 1st and 2nd line support

• Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Windows operating systems and Windows Server

• Advanced knowledge of Hyper-V and Active Directory

• Advanced proficiency in networking

• Practical experience with Entra ID and Microsoft 365 Admin Console

• Experience working with an ITSM system

• Good awareness of cyber security

• Strong multi-tasking, time management, and documentation skills

• English proficiency at B2 level or higher

• Quick learning mindset and desire to expand knowledge

• Good communication skills
