Description

The role is for an experienced, independent IT specialist responsible for operating and improving the company’s IT infrastructure and information systems. You will administer servers, secure and back up corporate data, maintain workstations and peripherals, and provide end-user support while diagnosing hardware, software, and network issues. The position also includes participating in IT projects, coordinating IT equipment purchasing, and proposing improvements to IT processes and security measures.

Responsibilities

• Manage and develop corporate information systems and IT infrastructure

• Administer, configure, and monitor server applications

• Manage, back up, and secure company data

• Install, configure, and maintain workstations, laptops, servers, and peripherals

• Provide end-user support and resolve technical incidents

• Diagnose and troubleshoot hardware, software, and network operation issues

• Support procurement of IT equipment, run selection procedures, and communicate with internal stakeholders about solutions

• Collaborate on implementation of new IT projects and technical solutions

• Propose improvements to IT processes, systems, and security measures

• Cooperate with central IT and follow internal security standards

Requirements

• Technical secondary or university education (IT preferred)

• Minimum 2 years of experience in a similar IT role

• English level B2 for daily communication with headquarters

• Knowledge of Windows Server and Windows client operating systems

• Orientation in computer networks, hardware, and IT security

• Valid driving license category B
