Description

Provide daily IT support to users and help resolve real, everyday technical issues. You will prepare and install laptops and computers, configure mobile phones and other devices, troubleshoot basic printer problems, and manage user accounts and access permissions via a helpdesk system. For more complex cases, you’ll have support from experienced colleagues.

Responsibilities

• Support users in day-to-day work with IT equipment
• Prepare and install laptops and PCs
• Configure mobile phones and other devices
• Connect and resolve basic printer issues
• Manage user accounts and access rights
• Log and promptly handle requests in a helpdesk system
• Communicate with users and assist with daily IT problems
• Collaborate with other IT specialists on complex incidents

Requirements

• Basic experience with IT technologies
• Orientation in a Windows environment
• Ability to prepare and install Windows on a user notebook or PC
• Basic experience with mobile devices and printers
• Communicative, reliable, independent, and helpful working style
• Interest in learning new things and developing IT skills
