Description

You will create and translate user instructions, knowledge base articles, and customer-facing content for Microsoft technology-based software solutions. The role also includes drafting technical and marketing blog/site entries, preparing UI text and client communications, monitoring social media and technical forums, and performing proofreading and content quality control. You will collaborate closely with developers, customer support, and the Technical Marketing team.

Responsibilities

• Create user instructions and knowledge base articles for software and Microsoft-based solutions

• Create and translate EN-PL/PL-EN content for the official website and related services

• Edit technical and marketing posts for product pages, blogs, and IT news

• Monitor social media, technical forums, and industry portals

• Draft UI texts for products

• Edit customer communication messages

• Proofread and ensure the quality of texts created by other team members

Requirements

• Perfect English writing skills

• Excellent Polish oral and written skills

• Ability to plan and create logical structures for user instructions and other technical explanations

• Knowledge of English IT terminology

• At least 2 years of experience in technical writing/copywriting for IT-related technical texts in English

• Conversational English proficiency (e.g., relevant studies or work experience in English-speaking countries)

• Very good computer skills
