Description

Own, manage, and prioritize the product backlog for Digital Operations solutions supporting Customer Service, clients, partners, and back-office teams across international markets. Translate business needs and operational pain points into product requirements, user stories, acceptance criteria, and delivery priorities. Drive automation and continuous improvement by monitoring KPIs and outcomes to increase service quality and operational efficiency.

Responsibilities

  • Own and prioritize the Digital Operations product backlog

  • Translate business needs into product requirements, user stories, acceptance criteria, and delivery priorities

  • Identify, evaluate, and drive opportunities to automate and optimize back-office processes

  • Collaborate with Customer Service, local market teams, business owners, IT teams, vendors, and system integrators

  • Maintain understanding of client, partner, and Customer Service journeys and related workflows

  • Prioritize initiatives by business value, impact, service quality, efficiency, feasibility, risks, and strategic alignment

  • Facilitate discovery, process-mapping, refinement, and decision-making workshops

  • Support end-to-end delivery: analysis/design, testing, deployment, adoption, continuous improvement

  • Monitor product performance, process KPIs, user feedback, service quality indicators, and operational outcomes

  • Coordinate with the Project Manager to align priorities, dependencies, timelines, and stakeholders

  • Ensure clear communication between business and technical teams

Requirements

  • 5+ years in a Product Owner/Business Analyst/Product Manager (or similar) role for digital products, operations, or service processes

  • Experience in customer service or operational/back-office process areas

  • Proven ability to analyze, map, simplify, automate, and optimize processes

  • Ability to translate needs into user stories and acceptance criteria

  • Good understanding of digital tools, integrations, workflow automation, and data flows

  • Cross-functional experience with business, Customer Service, IT, vendors, and local representatives

  • Agile product delivery knowledge (backlog management, refinement, sprint planning)

  • Practical knowledge of Jira and Confluence

  • Very good English and Polish
