Description

You will co-create the product vision and long-term roadmap for B2B corporate client systems and related process automation services. You will run discovery and opportunity assessment, prioritize the product backlog, and coordinate delivery of new functionality with business acceptance and production releases. You will also monitor adoption and quality for B2B CRM systems and measure the impact of changes on key KPIs.

Responsibilities

• Build product strategy and co-create the roadmap for B2B client systems and related automation services.

• Prioritize development based on business value, user needs, and technical constraints; communicate decisions to stakeholders.

• Lead discovery: talk with business users (customer service, sales, marketing), analyze feedback and behaviors, and validate product hypotheses before development.

• Conduct opportunity assessment and make “build / don’t build / build differently” decisions supported by a clear business case.

• Manage the product backlog: ensure clarity, prioritize features and fixes (including technical debt), and define change descriptions and acceptance criteria.

• Coordinate deployments of new functionality, including business acceptance testing and release to production.

• Monitor adoption and operational quality of B2B CRM systems, identify improvement areas, and measure KPI impact.

• Co-own the operational budget for the product area and approve CRM B2B system-related expenditures.

Requirements

• 3–5+ years of experience as a Product Owner/Product Manager (or equivalent) in a product environment with decision-making mandate.

• Experience conducting discovery and opportunity assessment.

• Practical knowledge of B2B dedicated-to-client systems: architecture, data model, integrations, and contract-handling processes.

• Ability to collaborate effectively with development and architecture and to use Jira and Confluence.

• Very good MS Excel skills (data analysis, pivot tables).

• English knowledge at B2+.
