Description

You will coordinate a Scrum team as the main point of contact, represent the team in cross-functional discussions, and ensure smooth communication with engineering, architecture, and data analytics. You will manage and prioritize the product backlog by defining user stories, acceptance criteria, and end-to-end requirements, while supporting releases by validating readiness for production. You will monitor roadmap progress, identify risks and dependencies, and implement process improvements based on stakeholder and end users’ feedback.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate Scrum team work and act as primary contact; represent the team in cross-functional discussions

• Ensure technical integrity with developers, architects, and QA (architecture standards, performance requirements, security practices)

• Lead and prioritize product backlog (user stories, acceptance criteria, end-to-end requirements)

• Track roadmap progress; identify risks and inter-team/system/vendor dependencies

• Drive process improvements from stakeholder and user feedback to improve data flow quality and product usability

• Support release and deployment processes by verifying production readiness and coordinating with Release Management, DevOps, and QA

Requirements

• 5+ years experience as Business Analyst, System Analyst, or Software Developer with practical knowledge of frontend/backend services, APIs, application architecture, and performance

• 3+ years experience as Product Owner or similar (backlog, roadmap delivery, product ownership/delivery)

• Documented experience leading complex cross-functional product initiatives in an enterprise setting with high business visibility

• Practical knowledge of Jira, Confluence, and modern SDLC practices spanning requirements, development, testing, and release

• Availability for on-site work in Warsaw (approximately 2x per week)

• Fluent Polish and English
