Description

You will define the product vision and capability goals for your domain, manage the Product Backlog, and prioritize work to maximize business value. You will decompose capability into features and stories, set success metrics, and make build / not now / never decisions. You’ll collaborate with development, UX, architecture, domain, and business stakeholders in an iterative delivery model.

Responsibilities

• Define product vision and capability goals in your domain

• Create, maintain, and prioritize the Product Backlog

• Decompose capability → features → stories

• Clearly define business value and success metrics

• Make build / not now / never decisions

• Coordinate with developers, UX designers, IT architects, domain leads, and business stakeholders

Requirements

• 3–5 years of experience as Product Owner/Product Manager in cash management or electronic banking

• Practical experience with Product Backlog, roadmap, and PI Planning/iterative delivery

• Ability to prioritize based on value, risk, and dependencies

• Experience in a multi-team environment

• Very good knowledge of B2B banking products or settlement/payment processes or transaction/accounting systems

• Understanding of balance, value date, accounting, settlement, financial reporting, and domestic/international transaction concepts

• Ability to work with IT teams and understand transaction system architecture and integrations

• Experience defining acceptance criteria and Definition of Ready/Done
