This role suits both a strong junior and a more experienced mid-level candidate.

Responsibilities

  • Sales meetings: run discovery calls and presentations, clarify what the client is truly dealing with, and map needs to portfolio solutions.

  • Relationship building: nurture leads and ongoing opportunities so the sales process works for both the client and the team.

  • Team collaboration: involve expert/product teams for complex topics—you won’t be alone on detailed solutions.

  • Market feedback: use field feedback to help develop the product and the company’s expansion in Poland.

Requirements

  • Ability to run professional meetings, explain product value clearly, and handle objections.

  • Polish language proficiency for everyday client communication.

  • Czech or English skills for collaboration with the internal team in Prague.

  • Ability to work independently: organize your day, manage priorities, and own your sales pipeline.

  • Willingness to quickly learn compliance/regulatory, ESG, or HR topics if you don’t know them in detail yet.

  • Consultative, partner-like approach: listen, ask questions, and propose solutions with real value (not pressure).

Benefits

  • Well-equipped Prague office environment (amenities for work-life comfort).

  • Supportive team culture with diversity and friendly professional atmosphere.

  • Extra vacation, Multisport card, and time to balance work with personal life.
