Description

You’ll help businesses sell 24/7 using modern vending/fulfillment machines and a cloud system (SaaS). The role starts with support from an experienced sales specialist while you learn the products and the B2B sales process. Over time, you’ll take ownership of your own client accounts, manage opportunities in CRM, and expand cooperation through outreach.

Responsibilities

• Communicate with prospects by phone, email, and in person

• Identify customer needs and recommend suitable solutions

• Prepare offers and move deals forward

• Run your own meetings and track next steps in CRM

• Maintain existing clients and look for additional collaboration opportunities

• Participate in trade fairs and occasionally meet clients on-site

• Perform active outreach to selected companies (building opportunities progressively)

Requirements

• Strong interest in sales and people-focused communication

• Ability to listen, understand, and determine client needs

• Confidence in calling and contacting clients

• Reliable, able to organize and follow through without micromanagement

• Excellent Czech or Slovak

• Willingness to learn and gradually take responsibility (previous sales experience not required)

Benefits

• Fixed compensation: 30,000–40,000 CZK + uncapped commission (realistically 50,000–65,000 CZK+ total)
