Description

Lead, coach, and grow engineers responsible for safety- and security-critical mobile client systems. Drive technical direction and high-urgency delivery across account integrity, authentication, reporting, and compliance initiatives, partnering with cross-functional teams including Product, Legal, Trust & Safety, and backend engineering. Use AI-enabled, high-velocity engineering workflows while auditing outputs for architectural integrity, performance, and security.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop a team of engineers; hire, onboard, and grow senior ICs and technical leaders
• Set technical direction and execution priorities across a broad portfolio
• Deliver complex, high-urgency projects with shifting requirements and multiple stakeholders
• Partner cross-functionally to define scope and land durable solutions
• Raise engineering quality and operational excellence through reviews and decision-making
• Balance near-term execution with longer-term platform investment

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant technical field (e.g., computer science) or equivalent practical experience
• 9+ years post-Bachelor’s software development (or Master’s + 7+; or PhD + 3+)
• 1+ year in technical leadership or engineering management
• Experience leading production software delivery in mobile/platform/security-sensitive environments
