Description

Lead and support a team of SAP experts providing direction and overseeing SAP Logistics (SCM) operations. Build and nurture high-performance teams across global locations, manage employee lifecycle activities, and drive global strategic initiatives for discipline growth. Collaborate with IT and business stakeholders to craft proposals and statements of work, while serving as the direct customer contact to ensure delivery performance and project timelines.

Responsibilities

• Lead and support SAP experts; provide direction and oversee SAP Logistics operations
• Build and nurture high-performance SAP Logistics teams across global locations
• Lead and support employee lifecycle activities (hiring, staffing, utilization, performance, promotion, compensation)
• Drive global strategic initiatives contributing to the growth of the discipline
• Craft proposals and prepare statements of work for SAP projects
• Collaborate with IT teams and business stakeholders
• Handle direct customer relations for delivery matters, team performance, and project schedules
• Maintain expert-level knowledge in SAP Logistics and ensure adherence to best practices

Requirements

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field
• At least 7 years of proven SAP Logistics leadership experience
• Track record leading complex projects in a fast-paced environment
• Success delivering multiple large-scale, multi-disciplinary projects with customer-facing experience
• Outstanding leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills
• Forward-thinking approach to technological innovation
• English fluency at B2+ level
