Description

Lead the development of enterprise SaaS products and platform services with a mix of engineering leadership and technical ownership. You will participate in architecture discussions, technical planning, and engineering execution to deliver secure, scalable, and reliable software. You will partner with Product, Architecture, and Engineering leadership to translate business requirements into delivery plans.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop software engineering teams for enterprise SaaS products and platform services
• Drive technical execution and delivery of roadmap initiatives across cloud-based and distributed systems
• Participate in architecture reviews, technical design discussions, and engineering planning
• Partner with Product and Engineering leadership to translate business requirements into technical delivery plans
• Drive engineering best practices across CI/CD, automated testing, observability, security, and operational readiness
• Review technical designs for scalability, reliability, maintainability, and performance
• Support production operations, incident management, and continuous improvement initiatives
• Mentor engineers and technical leads while fostering a culture of accountability and engineering excellence

Requirements

• 8+ years of software engineering experience building SaaS applications, distributed systems, or cloud-based services
• 3+ years of experience managing software engineering teams
• Experience participating in architecture reviews and technical design discussions for production systems
• Experience delivering software using Agile methodologies, CI/CD pipelines, and automated testing practices
• Experience supporting production systems, including operational readiness, incident response, and reliability improvements
