Description

Join the EMEA Infrastructure team to operate and develop enterprise IT infrastructure across multiple European locations. This role combines infrastructure incident handling and technical requests with coordinating infrastructure changes and standards. You will collaborate with local IT teams and communicate with technology and service providers in English.

Responsibilities

• Support day-to-day operations of IT infrastructure in EMEA plants

• Collaborate with local IT teams across European sites

• Participate in infrastructure projects and technology changes

• Communicate with technology and service vendors

• Implement new solutions and infrastructure standards

• Resolve operational incidents and technical requests

Requirements

• Minimum 3 years of experience in IT infrastructure

• Enterprise environment experience (ideally in an international company)

• Ability to independently solve problems and take ownership of assigned tasks

• Strong communication skills; ability to collaborate across multiple locations

• English proficiency for daily communication

• Willingness to travel occasionally within Europe
