Description

Lead day-to-day operations for the Warsaw EMEA hub and build scalable operational processes to support rapid growth. You will collaborate with Finance, Sales, Legal, Product, and Engineering to ensure smooth operations and drive execution across teams. The role is highly autonomous and hands-on, similar to a Chief of Staff rather than a traditional Office Manager or COO.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day operations of the Warsaw EMEA hub
• Build and optimize operational processes across the organization
• Coordinate collaboration between Finance, Sales, Legal, Product, and Engineering
• Support customer-related operations, contracts, and vendor management
• Manage operational budgets together with Finance
• Drive automation initiatives using AI tools

Requirements

• Experience in Operations, Business Operations, or Chief of Staff roles
• Strong project management and cross-functional coordination skills
• Ability to improve and scale operational processes
• Hands-on ownership and problem-solving skills
• Experience in fast-growing technology companies (advantage)
• Fluent Polish and English
