Description

Coordinate ICT delivery and digital operations readiness across multiple infrastructure domains. Support governance, reporting, stakeholder and supplier engagement, and ensure smooth transition to operational service.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate assigned ICT projects/initiatives through initiation, planning, execution, monitoring, and closure.
• Prepare and maintain scope, plans, schedules, milestones, work packages, acceptance criteria, and control records.
• Track progress, resources, risks, issues, changes, and cross-domain dependencies; escalate deviations and decisions requiring action.
• Facilitate technical scoping and readiness across environments, access, capacity, integration, testing, architecture, security, and operational dependencies.
• Coordinate interfaces across technical teams, business owners, and specialist functions without replacing their technical responsibilities.
• Organize meetings, workshops, status reviews, and decision sessions with agendas, minutes, actions, and decision records.
• Support procurement-related documentation and supplier mobilisation by tracking actions, man-days, deliverables, acceptance evidence, and dependencies.
• Maintain plans, status reports, dashboards, and auditable project repositories, including action/decision/dependency/change logs.
• Coordinate testing, acceptance, handover, operational readiness, knowledge transfer, closure, and lessons learned.
• Propose practical improvements to coordination, templates, reporting, and knowledge reuse.

Requirements

• Minimum 5 years of IT-relevant professional experience.
• At least 3 years coordinating ICT projects or technical initiatives in a similar role.
• Experience coordinating at least two ICT infrastructure projects/initiatives across several technical domains.
• Experience coordinating dependencies across at least three domains: network, cloud/data centre, databases, IAM, endpoint/workplace, cybersecurity/architecture, monitoring, or service operations.
• Experience supporting supplier engagement, procurement documentation, proofs of concept, or ICT contract implementation.
• Practical experience with project and service-management tools (e.g., Azure DevOps, ServiceNow, Jira, MS Project, Planner or equivalents).
• English at least B2.
• Bachelor’s degree.
• At least one required certificate: PM² (or equivalent), PRINCE2 (or equivalent), or PMP (or equivalent), internationally recognized.
