Description

Join the IT team as an IT Infrastructure Expert and develop a modern infrastructure landscape covering on-premise, hybrid, and cloud solutions. You will combine strong technical knowledge with the ability to design solutions, troubleshoot complex problems, and set technology standards.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and optimize IT infrastructure for on-premise, hybrid, and cloud environments, including standardization of multi-tenant environments

• Perform advanced administration and evolution of environments: Windows Server, Linux, Microsoft 365, Entra ID, Exchange Online, VMware, and Microsoft SQL Server

• Design and implement solutions ensuring security and service continuity (backup, retention, data restore, high availability, and disaster recovery)

• Analyze and optimize existing solutions; recommend modernization, migration, or replacement paths; resolve complex infrastructure issues

• Participate in technology and IT transformation projects by creating standards, technical documentation, and technology recommendations

Requirements

• Minimum 3 years of experience in IT infrastructure (advanced administration, solution design, or system architecture)

• Practical experience in multi-tenant environments

• Very strong knowledge of Windows Server and key Microsoft infrastructure services

• Practical Linux knowledge and experience designing/administering virtualized environments (VMware or equivalent)

• Relational database knowledge (especially Microsoft SQL Server or equivalent)

• Very good knowledge of Microsoft 365, Microsoft Entra ID, and hybrid environments

• Experience with backup, high availability, disaster recovery, and business continuity

• Solid knowledge of networking and IT infrastructure security

• Ability to conduct advanced diagnostics, solve complex technical problems, and produce recommendations, standards, and technical documentation

• English proficiency for technical documentation and IT systems
