Description

You’ll join an Enterprise infrastructure team responsible for maintaining and developing IT infrastructure in a Data Center environment. The role focuses on network infrastructure monitoring, diagnosing and resolving infrastructure problems, configuring IT equipment, and supporting OS deployments using Microsoft Windows and/or Red Hat. You will also update technical documentation and participate in infrastructure improvement projects.

Responsibilities

• Maintain and monitor Data Center network infrastructure

• Diagnose and resolve ongoing infrastructure issues

• Support internal users and internal teams with infrastructure needs

• Install and configure IT equipment in the Data Center

• Participate in installation and configuration of Microsoft Windows and/or Red Hat operating systems

• Prepare and update technical documentation and procedures

• Contribute to organizational infrastructure development projects

• Collaborate with other technical teams on infrastructure tasks

Requirements

• Minimum 1 year of experience in IT infrastructure

• Higher technical education (preferably IT)

• General knowledge of LAN/WAN

• Familiarity with installation of IT devices in Data Center environments

• Ability to install and operate MS Windows and/or Red Hat

• Ability to create technical documentation and procedures

• Independence in decision-making and organizing work

• Teamwork and good communication skills

• Ability to work in a dynamic environment and under time pressure

• Openness to change and readiness for further development

• English at a level enabling comfortable use of technical documentation
