Description

You will work as part of a large development team (10+ engineers) as the bridge between business stakeholders and the technical delivery team. The programme covers enterprise information systems for HR and asset management, financial processes, and grant-agreements management, with a strong focus on integrating systems and data platforms.

Responsibilities

  • Model and document value chains, business processes, roles, capabilities, and data
  • Elicit and analyze business needs, requirements, and user stories
  • Support product owners during requirements definition and manage requirements through the systems lifecycle
  • Translate business needs into business requirements specifications
  • Support business cases and feasibility studies
  • Contribute to design, testing, QA, and change management activities
  • Design, validate, and test business processes for process excellence
  • Coach stakeholders on process changes and drive continuous improvement
  • Communicate project objectives and scope to stakeholders
  • Perform quantitative cost-benefit and what-if analysis
  • Plan organizational change and support strategic/tactical planning and transition roadmaps
  • Implement performance-monitoring systems

Requirements

  • Enterprise information-systems background, ideally in HR/asset management, financial processes, or grant-agreements management domains
  • Experience integrating systems and data platforms
  • Solid SQL and data-analysis skills
  • At least 3 years as a BA on large system projects working alongside a development team of 10+ engineers
  • At least 8 years overall IT experience, with 5+ years in a similar BA role
  • Level 6 education (an ICT degree is not mandatory)
  • English at C1 level
  • At least two of: CBAP (or equivalent), Certified UML Professional (foundation), BPM2 Fundamental (or equivalent)
  • Comfortable with BPMN and UML notations (capability, activity, state, logical data model diagrams) and tools such as Sparx Enterprise Architect or Aris Architect
  • Strong analytical, communication, and documentation skills
