Description

You will support a PM and Product Owner with IT/digital analytical work, turning business and project assumptions into clear functional and non-functional requirements. The role includes creating user stories, acceptance criteria, functional descriptions, and backlog/task breakdowns, plus documenting processes, integrations, and project dependencies. You will also prepare decision materials for architecture, IT, security/compliance, and vendors, and help validate RFI/RFP scope completeness.

Responsibilities

  • Support PM and Product Owner in analytical work

  • Translate business and project assumptions into requirements

  • Prepare user stories, acceptance criteria, functional descriptions, and task lists

  • Organize the backlog and define delivery steps

  • Document processes, dependencies, integrations, input data, and work outputs

  • Prepare materials for architecture, IT, security, compliance, and vendors

  • Collect and track questions, decisions, risks, assumptions, and dependencies

  • Support preparing implementation requests to subcontractors/vendors

  • Assist in analyzing vendor responses and verifying scope completeness

  • Produce concise summaries, notes, and decision materials

Requirements

  • Minimum 1 year of experience as an Analyst

  • Experience in IT, digital, data, process automation, or application implementation projects

  • Ability to translate business needs into functional and non-functional requirements

  • Ability to create user stories, acceptance criteria, simple process descriptions, and requirement lists

  • Basic understanding of system integration, data, APIs, application logic, and workflows

  • Ability to work with backlog, tasks, dependencies, and risks

  • Strong knowledge of MS Excel and PowerPoint

  • Ability to synthesize and document decisions and prepare stakeholder materials

  • Very good organization and accuracy

  • Communication skills and ability to collaborate with business, IT, and vendors

Nice to have

  • Insurance industry knowledge

  • Knowledge of sales, underwriting/risk assessment, policy servicing, and claim handling processes

  • Experience in large financial or regulated organizations

  • Basic knowledge of AI/GenAI, OCR, document classification, data extraction, image analysis

  • Experience in process automation or document digitization projects

  • Experience preparing RFI/RFP and implementation request materials

  • Ability to read basic architecture and data flow diagrams

  • Basic knowledge of GDPR (RODO), information security, data classification, and compliance

  • Experience with UAT testing and preparing test scenarios
