Description

This traineeship gives you hands-on experience translating business goals into requirements and then into working solutions. You’ll immerse yourself in real business processes, strengthen requirements management skills, and gain exposure to the full software development lifecycle. Successful completion may lead to employment on a commercial project.

Role Description & Responsibilities

• Apply Business Analysis theory to real project tasks

• Gather requirements and communicate with stakeholders

• Contribute to the creation of digital products

• Work on requirements documentation, user stories, and team communication

Requirements

• Upper-Intermediate (or higher) English proficiency (verbal communication)

• Completed Business Analysis courses

• Strong theoretical knowledge of Business Analysis

• Willingness to communicate extensively, ask questions, and dive into details

• Desire to grow in Business Analysis and IT
