Project: Modernization of an existing terminology database and delivery of a digital platform for semantic resource creation, management, and sharing (workflows, semantic search, and integrations).

Rate: B2B 160–180 PLN net + VAT/hour

Description

Join an international effort to modernize a terminology base and build a modern platform for semantic assets used by global experts. The role focuses on business analysis for data migration and knowledge management, including pre-migration discovery, semantic modeling requirements, workflow/process definition, and integration specifications.

Responsibilities

  • Collect and analyze business and functional requirements through stakeholder workshops.
  • Model business processes, approval paths, and workflows using BPMN and workflow methods.
  • Lead pre-migration analysis (Data Discovery), map data from legacy sources, and define migration rules.
  • Specify integration requirements, system interfaces, and REST API needs.
  • Work in an Agile team: create user stories, manage the backlog, and support Sprint Planning and UAT testing.
  • Collaborate closely with technical and engineering teams to implement solutions.

Requirements

  • Minimum 7 years of Business Analyst experience in IT projects (including transformation projects > 1M EUR).
  • English proficiency certificate confirming C1 level or higher.
  • Experience in international structures, and in public or defense sectors.
  • Experience with workflow/approvals and BPMN process modeling.
  • Practical Agile/Scrum experience (at least 3 years).
  • Higher education (minimum Level 6 / Bachelor of Engineering/Science).
